USB if you want to use focal’s DAC. Otherwise, RCACould someone tell me the best way you would connect the SP1000 to to a Focal Archie headphone amp ?
Thanks for that, but which one on the SP1000 ? Headphone socket (SP1000) to RCA on the amp and USB to USB on the both units (an adapter needed here) ?USB if you want to use focal’s DAC. Otherwise, RCA
No worries. Try both and see which one sounds betterI suppose going the USB route would be the “cleaner“ way. Thanks for that hemtmaker.

Yes i did see that option kel77, but i think that would be my least favourite way to go.There's a third to use the toslink.
The 3.5mm out on the Sp1000 allows for that.
I demo both a few weeks back. Sp1000m wins in extensions on both ends. I get a more holographic sound from it using fenders ten5 IEMsHey guys,
Currently using the AK SR25 with 64 Audio U12t's.
Thinking of switching over to AK1000M.
Can anyone please describe the differences and if its worth making the jump up?
