Hi Guys, I am using an SP1000SS. Just wondering, anyone here is able to describe the changes with the amp? I am not necessarily looking for more power, but I wouldn't mind a richer sound with more kick down low. Would getting an amp help to achieve this? Any help would be appreciated

Better to change your cable. The amp won't make it sound that much fuller. I went to a PW 1960 and THAT made a difference.

Mine only shows the symbol if I push the side button. How low was the battery? And how are you charging it?

Flashing battery symbol means it is not able to charge.Try change the charging cable and/or the charging adapter. If it still flashes, then there is problem with unit itself.

Maybe try plugging into a powered USB hub? I'd say try a reset but it wouldn't work without something in the battery. If it WILL boot up, let it do so and then hold the right side wheel in for about 10 seconds.
