Hi Jason,

Can you ask the devs to find a better way to manage Playlists with 2 paths (SD or Internal Memory)

Since update 1.09 things became messier because the default Playlist folder is located on Internal Memory.
When you generate a PL you need to point the sources (SD or Internal Memory) but the PL where also stored on both disks.
See this example:
/storage/emulated/0//Music/ARTIST_NAME/ALBUM_NAME/01_SONG NAME.flac
/storage/sdxc-123/Music/ARTIST_NAME/ALBUM_NAME/01_SONG NAME.flac

The workaround is to manually move the PL from SD to Internal memory.

Playlists files with over 4500 songs are not transferring well on the device as it used to work well before.
Songs are synchronizing well but not the playlist file... the transfer hangs causing the SP1000 to be disconnected from Windows 10

There is a small issue with the Playlists that are not sorted from A to Z but in order of the 1st transferred playlist (if the 1st starting letter of the playlist is a D or T it can be found in the top of the list when A or Z can be found in the middle...)
I would be great to me able to limit the volume at a specified value.

Thanks for your time.

@Daibaron actually had a meeting last week regarding playlists since the Open App update. Our engineer and software teams are looking into improving external playlist support in all Open App enabled players.

Interesting. When I open up my favorites, only 10 favorites are displayed which i have saved 11 months ago... will give it another try in the course of today and will report. Could also be an issue with my account though...
I saw notes in the latest update of the Qobuz app this weekend that they are aware of favorites being cut off for some users and it will be fixed in a future release.

@JasonNYC , I'm experiencing long charging time for my 1000M. Almost 4 hours with my Samsung Note 9 charger that is rated 9v1.67a. Is this normal?

My SR15 only takes 2 hours to charge on a 5v2a charger.

Confirm your spkm scr to be sure a
fast charging acceptance?
I think it's not fastcharging (regardness what text printed on your charger).
If you clearly confirm envidence of fastcharging on scr of spkm, then still be charging for 4hours, may be your unit has problem.
Reason of normal charging mode(while charger is fast type) may be the cable, unstable contact...etc

As both myself and a few others have commented here in the past, Samsung chargers are hit or miss with quick charging. It's because they use their own proprietary technology called adaptive charging that is compatible with Qualcomm's Quick Charge, but not the same. I have 3 Samsung fast chargers that came with Samsung phones and sometimes they fast charge my players, sometimes they don't. There seems to be no reason why one does one day and another day that same one doesn't. I own a number of other quick chargers, including ones from LG, Anker and Aukey and all quick charge every time without an issue. I would recommend trying a different quick charge certified charger.

My Aukey is perfect. Never a problem. When we were going through this a year or so ago in this thread, and I posted what I had, Jason gave the ok. Samsung, as he said, is problematic.

@JasonNYC, do you recommend using Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 or 3.0? I’m looking at buying either an Anker or Aukey.

I'm new here and about to get my sp1000m, so I'll ask now, even if I'm sure it's findable somewhere back in thread:
How about the Apple chargers, like the ones that come with the phones?
I'm in Europe, and not sure how voltages and charging mix or not with the player...

either one. AK players that support quick charge can only take advantage of the Quick Charge 2.0 speeds, so no need to spend extra for a 3.0 unless it's cheaper or you want to future-proof.

I would not use an Apple charger. You can plug the USB cord into a powered USB strip with a charging port or just into a powered device with a port. I don't even like using the Apple block with my Apple devices.
