Try to switch off/on and wait ~15-25 mins based on library size, then it becomes available after a while.
Thanks! That brought the button back. It scanned in 30 seconds. It worked on one song I took notes to repair, the second song was on my PC that way. Now I'm off to email HDtracks. I just bought the album 2 days ago.

A question for Astell & Kern.

So I live in Canada and decided to buy SP1000M, and guess what, I can't buy it lol.
A&K doesn't ship to Canada and when I called a few local stores that sell other A&K products they said they are not anticipating to get SP1000M anytime soon if ever as the Canadian distributor of A&K products pulled out...
How am I going to get A&K product now if living in Canada without it becoming a gray market product as I want to keep A&K warranty?

Sorry for the trouble. We will start shipping directly to our Canadian dealers around the middle of this month instead of going through a distributor in Canada. Stock of the SP1000M should be readily available in dealers around the 3rd week of November.

You cannot buy directly from the Astell&Kern global website, but you can purchase from the Astell&Kern US website and have it shipped to Canada. All North American service and warranty services for the US and Canada are handled out of our Irvine, CA offices, so you will be covered under warranty by purchasing directly from the US website - https://us.astellnkern.com

OK... so I thought it was not possible to sign in to wifi when a web page was required so I never tried. At Starbucks today I tried and after awhile a “sign in” message appeared under the wifi icon. Touching the icon brought up a menu that opened their sign in page. Voila, a new world of coffee and streaming. Is this new ! If it is.. enjoy.

I had the same issue, and I typically have to wait for the notification "Sign into wifi network" on top to appear. However, if the notification doesn't show up then i'm screwed :frowning2:

I have this issue on both my SPK and SPKM.

I copy and paste the QQ music apk (downloaded from the official website) into the oenservice folder, and nothing ever happened. I cannot install it.

Can someone help me here?

I'm getting skipping within many tracks, if I replay the same track it's always in the same song/place.
It's not in the FLAC file on my PC. If I overwrite the bad file on my SP1000 it'll go away for that track, but I find myself taking notes to preserve the integrity of the files on my SP1000. It's distracting.
Anyone else having this issue?

Rescan fixed one, but I found five more that rescan didn't fix. Any advice on what's wrong?

Sounds like a corruption when you moved your files over. My first thought is always tags, but this seems more like corruption if you can overwrite and the issue goes away for that track.

I have this issue on both my SPK and SPKM.

SuperRex, given that you have both, how are you finding the sound of the SPKM vs. your SPKCu? (I know Twister6 posted a great review, just curious to hear more impressions).

It's on multiple albums downloaded and dragged/dropped into the SP1000 at different times. This isn't a one time thing.
