The DX220 was the one that got away, the only DAP around that price point that felt worthy. I almost splurged $1K for a nice package on here with all of the amps modded etc. but by that point the 220 was starting to reach obsolescence, with the DX300 in the wings.
The 9038Pro is also a DAC chip that wowed me recently, as heard in the SE180. That combination seems sooo good, and I am guessing there will be interchangeable modules.
Can anyone enlighten us on the Mandarin text? Does it all seem legit?
