Yeah I also bought the 24/96 of Raven.  Shame they haven't come straight out with an equivalent for this new album.  Still, the more I listen to well mastered redbook, the less I feel the need for hi-res audio...and we know one thing for sure - a Steven Wilson album will be well mastered :L3000:

I am hoping the high rez digital download will be available on release date off Burning Shed.

So Burning Shed will not be offering 24/96 FLAC (just 16/44)?

The album has supposedly leaked but it is still a preorder on Burning Shed. I would be shocked if it is not offered in high resolution. The last three Wilson projects (The Incident, Raven and Opeth's Pale Communion) were available in 24/96.

For all of us awaiting the new album may I recommend the album Drive Home. A part studio part live album from Steven Wilson. The orchestral version of "The Raven That Refused to Sing" is worth the price alone. A truly beautiful arrangement.

Can't wait for this album. So far I've really liked all his previous solo work.
