Ad blockers commonly cause the social bar to disappear. If you're using an ad blocker try turning it off to see if that fixes the problem.

It worked, thanks!

Anyone else having trouble posting images from mobile? I haven’t been able to for the last week or so.

Attach File finishes the upload but the photo is a blank (generic) jpeg without thr option to insert the photo (only the option to delete)

It may be due to a file size issue. Please make sure the maximum dimension of the image you're uploading is under 5000px in a given direction.
That’s likely it, it would correspond with my new phone. Assuming any iPhone 16 Pro Max (or Pro) would be running into this issue as well due to the file size of the photos

Workaround is to resize photos before uploading? Never had to do this before, all I did was choose the photo from the photo library and upload.

That would be the correct workaround, yes, if uploading images to Head-Fi. We do have some changes coming up to help avoid this issue in the future, but as mobile phones get better cameras, images do get bigger. You may be able to use larger images if you store them off-site.

Are there no longer any pictures in the For Sale Forum? Plus I can't seem to find a way to bump my posting or see how many people have viewed it. I agree with nearly every single thing that @stillhart mentions above by the way....The site, while looking more modern, is definitely much more difficult to navigate and less intuitive and informative. And this is coming from a 31 year old who considers himself rather technically competent . Hopefully this all gets worked out soon...Thanks
I completely agree with you! It seems like the changes to the For Sale Forum have made it harder to get a full view of the posts. No pictures is definitely a big downside, especially when you want to showcase the items you’re selling. As for bumping posts and tracking views, it’s definitely frustrating not being able to do that easily anymore. The new site design might look modern, but I think the user experience has taken a hit. It’s less intuitive, even for someone who’s technically savvy. I really hope they address these issues soon so that navigating the site becomes easier again. Thanks for sharing your thoughts – hopefully, we’ll see some improvements soon!

Perhaps it's just because I'm used to it, but I think it's quite easy to bump a listing using the bump function. And of course some of the functions may feel unintuitive when getting to know a new tool, which is why we have our handy dandy Head-Fi Classifieds FAQ and Walkthrough.

Also worth noting from the Head-Fi Classifieds FAQ:
Please note: Head-Fi Classifieds are reserved for Head-Fi'ers actively taking part in discussion threads. Rapidly posting to meet the 15 count or posting nonsense/low effort posts to reach the post threshold is not allowed, and will be treated as forum spam. If it is found that a Head-Fi’er reached the requirement by making such posts, those posts may be removed and access to Head-Fi Classifieds may be revoked indefinitely.

Confirmed again but the button is still missing. Safari 15 iOS.
How about now? You may have been stuck waiting for the system to note the change and then apply the proper permissions, which can take up to an hour. I've made the necessary change, and you should be all set now.
