Highly recommend trying it, if you are looking for emotional sounds this is it. The wire cost me like $15 after shipping, it's the XLR plug that is a huge rip off...

You're not worried about the effects of corrosion on that bare wire? I would at least wrap those with electrical tape; couldn't hurt, right?

Looks like my unit is arriving today. I'll post more impressions in a week once I have the unit fully warmed up.

Well, I've officially blown out my wallet, so that new unit has shipped and will be arriving on the 29th.

Oh Schiit.
I'm 30795 and the Schiit hasn't been shipped. I suppose they don't ship overseas orders yet!?
I think those living abroad should know this schiit.

Very interesting to know. I would't be very pleased to be delayed for this reason.
