I just meant compare the sonic signature of the CRBN to the other headphones. I know you would probably use the BHSE. Are they at the level of the CRBN or 009S.
I’m being told the CRBN is being delayed to next month anyway

That follows what one person mentioned in the main thread that theirs was another 3-4 weeks out.
As of today we were told “Next Month” ….. that’s it. It seems they aren’t sure of the release date yet. I was hoping for at least a demo version for CanJam but …… 🙁

I’ve had mine for a couple weeks. It is built like an absolute tank, I was surprised when I picked up the box.

Overall the MHA-200 is high quality and well made, the finish is excellent but that is expected. Sounds fantastic and the green lights are fun too.

I can see what others were referring to with the volume knob but in my opinion that concern is overblown. The useable range is 10 to 2 but unless you have dexterity issues you will have no problem fine tuning the output to your desire. Leaving it on 12 o’clock with an adjustable source also works great.

It fits perfect on my desk. I don’t think I’ll be replacing it any time soon it should last a lifetime. Now to finish up the walnut stand I’m making for it…

I should add that it does have some interference from text messages on cellular intermittently if the phone is within ~2-3ft. For reference I experience this with an iPhone 12 Pro on AT&T. I set my phone on the other side of my desk and no issue.

@TSAVJason Hi Jason, I would like to ask for a friend about the sound quality difference between using dual 3 pin XLR output vs 4 pin XLR output. Does going dual 3 pin offer any benefits, perhaps less cross talk ?

That’s actually a very good question. When using the standard XLR, the 3 pin as you refer to it, you can think of that 3rd wire as a RF noise rejection system. So from a noise rejection perspective yes there is an improvement. Also the 3rd pin allows for less signal loss on longer cables. From an audio perspective there isn’t much difference really other than the dual XLR format rejects noise.

Hope that helps.

I am a player from Taiwan ,Don't know and EMPYREAN Does it fit?

Some find it a little too warm. Others that prefer a more warm presentation love it. This is a question that leads me to suggest you listen to the combo yourself rather than ask opinions because there is a lot of subjectivity to this particular question.
