Back in December/January it took about 2 weeks but you definitely have to stay on top of them.
I was calling them a few times a week to make sure they were working on them.
 
Kind of being a pest but it ensured I got them back quickly.

If you read the last few pages in this thread, you'll see that some people still have not received their Roxanne orders yet.. So if there's a new JH CIEM on the horizon, there'll be hell to pay for JH

Has anyone measured the resistance range of the bass pot?

I'm still looking for my Jh13Fp's boosted subbass but this is not the case with Rox , i understand.

 
Do you mean that wherever the bass pot is, you can't get the JH13 sub-bass on the Roxanne? Is the Roxanne more linear in the bass?

Yes. But don't get me wrong, Rox's bass is on another league. It's deeper than 13Fp but not boosted like the 13fp. So u just hear how deep it goes.
