  Not sure if there's something I'm missing, but can't find anything on the AK or other sellers' sites (e.g. Moon Audio, B&H) that states that the AK300 or AK380 support digital output via USB. All they talk about regarding data and the micro USB port is the ability to load data onto the DAP. 
 
On the Moon Audio website it even says "The AK70 supports USB audio digital out, first among Astell&Kern devices." 
 
Happy to be proven wrong!

I read that too, my local store also states that and I was told by the sales rep the exact same thing when I pre-ordered mine a couple weeks ago.
 
The other AK players also have micro USB slots for connectivity I guess but I'm pretty sure they're not audio digital outs? I honestly have no idea, their 300 is so far out of my comfort zone when it comes to pricing (I rarely have the need for a portable setup) that I've not read a word regarding their functionalities, I'm just going by what I was told by the staff at the store.

I have problem with album covers. Player get cover from random jpeg in folder with music (spectrum screenshot) and I can't change it. I deleted all pictures in folder, put there cover.jpg with album cover and add covers as id3tag in tracks. But it still show me that random picture as album cover and I don't know how change it.

i just got my ak70. fortunately the mint color is very subtle and pale and, as someone previously said, almost like silver. i really love it. and it sounds so much better than my plenue d.

I tried this player last week when I was in Moscow at the store Doctor Head. It sounds I think almost like AK Jr. I just listen for few minutes so can't give exact verdict but could not found any big difference.

Just ordered from Amazon. Haven't read much about this device, just curious how well it stacks with Mojo really. I haven't searched yet, but does anyone know how it sounds vs Fiio X7? Or the ak100/120ii?

I can bet this sounds much better than Fiio X7 but then there is limitation that cannot use online streaming services on this device like Fiio X7.
