I do believe that this is an honest mistake.
 
Maybe stefu contacted him first, but didn't pay right away. Then I swoopt in and pay.
After some time stefu realize he didn't pay and made the payment.
jmills8 then didn't realise it.

yes you wanted them but you wanted to pay one part now and one part later.
I said that we should get the approval from CA because you wanted them to give it a look.
While waiting the go ahead from CA, I made the deal with an other member (vince741) who paid full price.
I then reimburse you and sent a PM. Sadly the PM went to a wrong member because they were a lot of potential buyer.
I'm sorry for the confusion and I have already refunded your payment yesterday.

Its great and would if it was universal. The issue was getting multiple offers and figuring Pay Pal.Also the price I asked does not reflect the real value of the H8P. To me its worth at minimum 800 b ut I am horrible dealing with money and had the goal of finding a good home for it.
