Thank you guys. Got my t1.2 black ed. Yesterday and the details are breathtaking!
It's a fantastic headphone. The longer I own my T1.2 Black the more I like it. It sounds so "right" and I never grow tired of it's sound.

Without scouring the the previous 220 pages what's the consensus best aftermarket pads for these? I'm ok with stock so far but is there anything that is a consensus upgrade to listening?
Not sure about consensus, but check out my earlier post in this thread regarding the Dekoni Audio Elite Velour Earpads:

I'm more than happy with them over the stock pads.
Both of you have convince me to try out the Dekoni Elite Velours. I'll order a pair from Addicted To Audio for $74.95.
From the several amps and headphones that I have, I still find this combination below enjoyable and it gets some of my head time.

Hey everyone just got my T1.2s and really enjoying the sound. My main can has been the Ether Flows, and I really like how much different the T1.2s are.....especially the imaging when getting sweaty in games. The only thing is the ear pads aren't exactly plush in the area they make contact on my head, and I'd like to put something more luxurious on them. From reading the thread it looks like lambskin/leather kills the sound signature, but the Dekoni Elite Velour seems to have positive effects for some. I really don't want to mess up the soundstage/imaging on this can and improve the comfort. Anyone feedback on the pad I should be using is appreciated!
What used amp under 1.000 $ did you find being the best match for T1.2?
