As per my previous post,i discussed on the phone with Audio Technica UK and they didn't recommend them.

the risk to get a counterfeit from japan is a lot higher
these are one of the most copied products beside IE800 and also the genuine one's are produced in china

I fully agree with you,but i have bought from a seller with thousands of feedback with 100% positive and 14 days return policy for piece of mind.
As soon as i will receive them i will check if they are genuine or not.

Thank you sir, read that before but i will read it again and closely inspect when they get here.
So the fakes ones not being Titanium, just painted metal, what will be a good way to test that without scratching the earpieces?

the fakes one earpiece is galvanised copper - compared to titanium it is more yellowish.
On the engravings of the AT symbol you will detect it easily.
It is often difficult to ckeck this without having a genuine one in parallel to compare.
If i hadn't the genuine one to compare i never thought that i bought a fake.
The sound at its own was also satisfying.

Has anyone found a worthy successor to the CKR 9?
The CKR90 is crap. It doesnt even compare to the CKR9.
