Yes. My understanding is that, the only time you'll see any non-ACSS signal routing/transferring between individual PCBs or separate Audio-gd components is via the standard balanced (voltage domain) XLRs or single-ended RCA connectors.
Though he markets it as (I would say, parenthetically, more or less) "an R8 with a built-in Master 9", the truth is that the similarly-sized Master 9 is clearly a more fleshed out amp than what is built into the R27.
He has told me that it's essentially a Master 19 amp in the R27RE, so I imagine the new R27 mk2 would be the same.
As far as whether or not the DAC aspect is exactly in line with the R8, or one tick below that, I'm not sure.

Yeah this is actually very interesting. Im recommending the R27 series to anybody that asks for the best AIO. They all also has clock input. So many good things in that box, oh myyy
I think R27 MK2 is the most interesting and its a newer edition. But the most expensive is the R27HE which has a better REG psu than R27RE, but big price difference.
Between R27RE vs R27 MK2, it seems to be PSU difference, I think MK2 have som newer tech. If you have a good power conditioner I think MK2 will be the best choice maybe
Yeah, it sounds way better than $1250. The DAC is the R1, the amp is the NFB-1, I believe. Fully balanced and wonderful. It isn’t resolving enough for reviewing. It is great for casual listening, though.

I used computer with USB card with MATRIX ELEMENT H
Do you think that the addition of a GD DI20 DI 20 Audio interface will make a big difference, sound . Because I am already very happy with the result
I used Technics sb 10 speakers, fredy 408 amp and nuforce P9 preamp

Depends on how good the Element is. I have no idea. Getting the 2021 upgrade for the usb input would likely be an upgrade and you then would not need your Element.
[edit] sorry, bad answer. The element is a fancy usb card., not a ddc. So the answer is yes. Or as said, you could get the 2021 usb input upgrade, which is just a little inferior to a di20he.

I don´t know how to put it, but you will get more music experience from a DI20HE. I tried my R8 without DI20HE, it was good clean satisfying, but it was just a little more music(also warm/analog) to me with DI20HE.
If you have a clock 10Mhz input on the R7 I would definitely say yes, also without this input. Its just nice to know if you can upgrade it further after the DI20/HE.
(Master clock did add the last percentage for me 2-5%)

I only have the OCK2 connected to my DI20HE and I would quantify it as about 5% as well.
It enhances alot of the technicals and isn't an in your face type of improvement. The layering and separation is just phenomal, stage and microdetails improve significantly. Its just masterful and gorgeous. Theres no other word for it I can think of.
ok but the improvement is with the DI20HE, not with the DI20, if I have the R7 2020 version not updated to 21, I might not have this improvement. I not think i have a clock 10Mhz input (i m not sure)
