My OG plan was to get the Rag, but what kept me away was the humming it could make when it was off...
I sleep in the same room as my computer & audio, so I turn everything off before I go to sleep, and I dont want no humming...

There is no humming when it's powered off, and only a very slight, but noticeable humming when it's on AND in headphone only mode (don't get any humming in speaker or speaker/headphone mode)

Also OG stands for Original Gangster, so you literally just said, "My original gangster plan..." Which is maybe what you meant?

The rag is more neutral then mojo right?
I find the mojo just a tad bright with some higher notes.
The rag should be good in that regard

IMHO, Ragnarok sounds less lean and warmer compared to Mjolnir (this is with LCD3F & the DAC in my WA7 which is awaiting an upgrade).

I prefer the Ragnarok's overall presentation although there are albums that the Rag/LCD3F still renders too thick in my book which means the Mjolnir is not going up for sale yet (possibly, pairing with Yggdrasil may change this).

If you think the Mjolnir is a tad too bright, I guess Ragnarok will fix that for you.

On humming; I only hear a faint hum putting my ear right next to the casing. (Logically) there's no hum when the unit is switched off. For reference, my Mjolnir is noisier.

On heat; it gets a bit warm, don't see an issue there.

Could I be causing any minor damage by wearing glasses on while listening? I ask because I can tell my glasses are pushing against the HPs a bit...

Shouldn't be any problems with that.

What is the return policy for LCD-3F? I bought mine from Audeze.com directly.

IIRC, 3 years for drivers and 2 years for the rest. Not sure about the cables though.
Best if you drop their customer service your query and you can also request for your graph

I'm pretty sure he wants to know their return policy in case he doesn't like them and not their warranty policy in case it breaks on him...
