To my ears the Ananda Stealth was an upgrade from the Sundara with better midbass and timbre (was only missing some deep rumble). IMO it was also more natural and less bright then the Arya Stealth. Then i upgrade to the HE1000v2 that for me was the next one in the Hifiman line.
I haven't heard the Topping stack so can't comment. My SMSL stack (and presumably the DO400 which bundles similar electronics in a single box) has a reputation for transparent, uncoloured sound.
I'll be the Devil's advocate and say get the Fiio M15s or the Shanling M6 Ultra so you can use it on the go or as a desktop DAC/AMP. Topping is good though as well, and Hifiman is well respected. The Fiio R7 is pretty nice, though there's apparently some voice-sync issues with it that could impact you if you're watching TV and movies.
