I'm looking for a good amp to compliment my Clip+ and ATH-M50s. I'm an audiophile noob, so I don't really know what to look for. Also, what other cables would I need? With my current rig I know I'm not getting the most out of my ATH-M50s, but I do love the Clip+. Just need to Rockbox it.

Fiio E5 should do.  I think you should have gotten a player with a line-out in the first place like an S:Flo2 or something if you want to use a portable amp.

Well, it was man fault for jumping on the Clip+ as soon as I saw it. But, it has grown on me. Also, I was looking at some of the portable rigs on the "Pictures of Your Portable Rig" thread and saw a lot of people using Clips with amps. I've checked out the E5, but it doesn't seem like it is worth it.
