if can we make vinyl convert to digital "true loseles"s, what was specs ? I mean 32 bit 384 khz = vinyl or 64 bit 768 khz (?)

Erm, yes. Very generous.
I think this DAC will be my target for next year. Luckily there is a store near me that offers trials. I hope that it beats the s*** out of my DP1. I will has all the fidelitys!

That is not a good deal unless its mint and you really want both those inputs. (First input is free at the $6995 price.) Plus you will not be able to add preamp, which MSB told me 90% of people added on. Seller also has zero feedback.
 
GS-X has RCA inputs.  XLR out on Analog is also better than MSB give themselves credit for, they just want you to buy the more expensive balanced DACs.

I suppose.  You're dealing with a really limited market though.  Also, you'd need the input cover to hide the gaping hole left there, something I doubt they have if it came with that input from the factory.  If you're able to get $500 for it, its not a terrible deal.

STAX. At this level it's switch game imho. The top electrostats transparency is something else.
I am also contemplating the MSB but there are a couple newer and cheaper DACs playing some of the same drums. Femto clocks etc.
