Those were not quite the final version.  He added a hint of bass to the final C Flow and I think it was the magic ingredient that made them perfect to my ears.
 
To those patiently waiting, I'm hoping to have my review done an posted within the next day or two.

While doing final production tuning and testing we found a potential fault in the initial tuning implementation where a VERY small part with a friction fit could shift, causing unpredictable increase or decrease in bass output.  To ensure stable product right out the door we re-engineered that, and the result also gave a bump to the low frequency output.

  Flows have begun shipping to those who don't want to wait for the retail box.  Retail boxes are running a few days late, so we expect to ship on or before Aug 21.

It's headphones, its never that simple.  Classic rock and jazz will still sound bigger on EF due to the mid and upper bass, electronica will sound bigger on the EFC due to the sub bass.  Both are good all rounders, but they do differ.

Dan, could you please clarify one thing related to the special pricing: Is it the order date or the shipping date that counts? I happen to have an order with order date before the cut-off date, and shipping date after the cut-off.
