MP4 Nation customer service (or lack there of) - another dissappointed customer

I've had that before with sellers who aren't MP4Nation. We're all human, give them a chance to get back to you. Considering the fact that they will ship replacements without evidence that the originals were actually faulty as long as you provide photographic evidence that you destroyed the original pair, I don't think they'll be especially unreasonable. Take photos of the package you received and what size it was, etc, in case they'd like to see.
