I actually have a spare pair of black DT880 (P)leather pads, I might mod my HF-2

I'm listening about 15 minutes, a bit less bass, just a little bit, wider soundstage and a bit more distant mids, the high are not sibilant, but i repeat, i'm listening about 15 minutes and here (Italy) is 5:30 AM, i'm almost sleeping on my keyboard!!

where did you get the dividers knife?
Also did you cut out the black screen covering the driver from the velour pads? If so did it improve the sound?
