I like my go-dap three.  It comes off very neutral sounding, I have been looking at it to see, if I think that there is a way to take off all, or part of the cradle.  From what I can tell, the cradle slides into the two bottom halves. I looks to be part of the volume know housing (or maybe just locked in really well).  I think if the cradle part could be removed, a Iphone 4 with otter box case should be able tto slide down in it. Anyone attempted this? Any thoughts?

Not sure but I think it will be close to $80-$100 USD total for the 3.0 plus ship.  Just checked USPS and it is $24 USD for international flat rate for 6-10 days delivery.  So around $50 USD total after taxes I guess.

DAC bypass the mostly crappy and under power internal DAC from your device for better sound.  However, since the iPod's DACs are generally decent, an AMP may already be enough for most people.  And $20 for the Go-DAP 3.0 is a steal.

I ordered one off amazon. Going to try it with a iPhone 5 and a lightning 30 pin adapter. I will post pics and results.

The 30 pin adapter has a Wolfson DAC inside so it should sound pretty good.

It sounds good. I only have IEMs to test it with. It warms up the Sony XBA-1's, and the shure SE 215's sound awesome with it.
