The CEMA Gyrfalcon is a very high information cable for me

Very slightly warm sounding with excellent dimensionality and dynamics
The soundstage is wide and pretty layered. Details are very forthcoming but never in your face

In comparison, Tianwaitian is smoother and warmer sounding. Less energetic and dynamics as well

Not

Not really, all I would say it did was give it a bit of extra air in the top end and maybe tightened up the bass slightly compare to the Effect Audio Ares II I'd been using prior to that.
How’s the ares II on the mest mk2 ?

The Ares II is great sounding with the MEST MK2 but I didn’t like it physically, kind of stiffish and a bit more microphonic than I’d like. I bought an Ares S and I like that a lot with the MEST.
Some say the Cadmus is a better pair with mk2 have you tried that ?

Very stiff, yes.

But still a great sounding cable....

But far too much stiff..... 🥺

But ....

Hello. I have a 7Hz Timeless that I absolute love.
I'm looking for a new cable to substitute the original cable.
I'm looking for a cable that that costs no more than 100/120$, and that helps the timeless to have a bit more:
Detail;
Separation;
Bit more mids;
Tame just a bit the highs, without losing air or detail;
Love the bass on the Timeless, so if it does nothing the bass, no problem, just don't tame it 😜

Some people seemed to be happy with the XINHS 4 Core Graphene and the XINHS 8 Core Graphene cables... But I've read they don't really worth the money, and they it's better to spend a bit more and go for other brands...

BTW my source is a Caiyn N5II

Really appreciate the help!

I had it with the 8 core xhins graphene, and I was quite happy. I bought it at a good deal. Even so, and for that price, my best recommendation is the ISN G4, which is still on sale, and is better. That is worth its price. I had it at the time with my solaris, but with timeless it was a delight.

That is. You also have it directly from Penon https://penonaudio.com/isn-audio-g4.html The difference may be whether it includes taxes or not. I think it might be what you're looking for. The bass have more definition, more texture. In the mids and highs, detail is gained without increasing the treble peaks that can make it aggressive. There are several reviews here https://www.head-fi.org/showcase/isn-g4-iem-cables.25670/reviews.

Just received the CEMA Vulture pigtail adapter. Well constructed and sounds beautiful. Pretty impressed by the noticeable improvement a pigtail adapter brought to the table
