Hi-finews just reviewed the Meze Empyrean in the December issue!!!
Very high marks (88%), received much higher score than the Ł 160 000 Focal Grande utopia EM Evo and very favorable opinion of the reviewer who pointed out that using an MQA track: "Empyrean is gloriously detailed and transparent".
The reviewer has a final opinion that "the Meze Empyrean ranks among the most satisfying cans money can buy".
If any of you can afford to buy a Meze Empyrean, but hesitated so far....I encourage you do not hesitate any more

Can anyone describe what the bass is like please? I’ve been considering a few options lately such as the HE1000se, Ether 2 and a few others. The thing is that I am a bit of a bass head so whichever has the best bass will probably be the winner for me.
