Red would look like your ears are bleeding and attract a lot of attention by others, which can be good or bad. Blue stands out a lot, something which I would not personally want. The purple looks AWESOME, but some people would call me gay because I like purple

Clear black and purple would be my top choices. Probably black though.

Maybe, maybe my ALO-780, seeing as I prefer my Grado's to them now and have the DT880 Manufaktur

Personally I would only keep the ALO-780 now is because of the sexy Jena 18awg cable and it's closed, my other three pairs of headphones are not. If anyone is interested in them at all, just tell me and I will be able to make a clear decision as whether to sell them or not. Bare in mind these cost about $690 new.

The red color is amazing on the pictures, but yeah, I'm worried about all the attention it would draw. The black-ish color looks cool, but might get boring. I do like purple, but not too sure I could live with it

Would rather a new DAC (same value as I would get for ALO-780), but different headphones never hurts

Yeah purple looks very nice, but some people may find it strange that a guy likes purple. I personally like purple and have nothing against it. Green (JH) looks the best, but in someone's ears, it would look pretty strange. I still think clear and black are the best colours if you are worried about any unwanted attention etc.
