Making my own headphones

I ended up taking out the foam, I didn't like how it was dampening the treble, it was too much reduction. I ended up putting it inside behind the drivers (which were home made too btw), to act as a baffle, along with cotton balls..

You know, I did a scream test, and it passed. Had my Dad wear them at medium volume. I yelled in front of him, and he couldn't even hear me.

Thanks. These are going to be my main cans too, they just work so well. The mids are tollerable, which is interesting, because i usually hate mids.. But on these they are tollerable.

Hi, I'm thinking of making a pair of these myself.  I was wondering if you had a detailed parts list and if you could make a quick step-by-step guide for how you made these (even a quick overview with tips would be great).  Any advice you can pass along would be great!
