Don't think it's sold in Australia.  Only the USA and Japan.

Both DMA-Audio and Mingo sell 220V P-1U, DMA also sells a 220V P200. A check of the dealer linked from Luxman Japan, Wisesound, shows that they do carry the headamps in HK. The differences between the U and non-U models are definately on the forums somewhere.

What's the dealer's name and what's the difference between P-1 and P-1u?

There is a review here somewhere of the P-1u by someone who owns a P-1, and the P-1u came out very slightly ahead.  The P-1u also comes out very slightly ahead of my Eddie Current ZDT in my review.

hahaha yea. Of course if you get it locally you won't have to rewire the thing for 220V and you get the warranty. But Japanese goods, especially luxury goods, are often overpriced here as they're valued for quality.... well, at least amongst some people.

The P-1u has lower distortion, which in practical terms, means less hiss when you turn up the volume with no music playing, not that there's much anyway.  The P-1u is smaller than the P-1 and only has two headphone sockets. Sonically they are identical.  Unfortunately there aren't many around, so nobody has done a thorough examination to see if they can be easily converted between 110 and other voltages.
