Cut the wires with the connector from the original battery and solder it to the wires of the new one, not difficult if you know a little bit what you are doing.

Lotoo devices did not have firmware with search and sort by genre.

I failed to discern any difference other than the fact it's more expensive. If there is an advantage you'll be too giddy with the Ti to notice anyway. Enjoy your new toy.

I started my journey with the Sony WM1Z. More than six years later I'm finally satisfied after acquiring the LPGT Ti last month. It's just a touch better than the LPGT, but it is endgame for me. If it only had the battery life of the Sony it would be the perfect DAP in my book.

I would use just the SD card, no adaptor. The adaptor in time can cause problems and you may end up having a micro SD corrupted.

Hm, ok. Well the good thing about the SanDisk Extreme Pro cards is the lifetime warranty. But indeed, like so much in audio life, the less adaptors the better....

I haven't had a chance to compare, but I use a Sandisk 1Tb with an adapter and have no problems. Unless you need to leave about 1-2 GB of free space for everything to work properly.

To conserve battery health, I always avoid charging beyond 80%. When connecting my LPGT to a computer as USB DAC, the battery is charging.
I have yet to find the setting to keep this from happening. I just find it impractical if I have to unplug it every time the battery reaches 80%.
So I if keep using LPGT as USB DAC until the battery is fully charged, how is this gonna affect the battery health in long term?

Didn’t you try to choose ‘USB DAC (Phone)’ mode instead of ‘USB DAC (Computer)’ one while connecting LPGT to computer?

I have LPGT TI and i like a lot
Today i was in Munich with my Aroma Jewel with First Time and was courious to listen A&K sp 3000
I listened 20 minutes and i was very disappointed
For me Lotoo sound much better,more neutral and transparent and then with LPGT TI i listen at volume 45/50 on 100
While with sp 3000 to reach same level i have to go to 130 on 150
Very disappointed pn sp 3000
