So looking at the MEE website, there are a couple of other inears that are in M9s price range (m16, rx11 m6),  since most of the people are suggesting m9, is it safe to assume that m6 has the best bass in its price range?

M9s and M6 have the same drivers, so which ever is cheaper will have the better bass in the price range (assuming you can get the same seal).  People normally have a better shot at a seal with the M9s than the M6.

I own both meelec m6 and m31, among other IEMs. I don't consider m6 bassy for mainstream standard, but m31 is quite bassy. A friend of mine, who has only had cheap earbuds before, doesn't find his newly purchased M9 to be bassy enough either.

IE8. They might be a little out of your price range though...

If you have good enough habits to handle possibly the most fragile IEMs ever made, there's a $35 mint Mingo WM-2 Silver in the for sale forums right now. At their original retail price of $80, they were already a good deal, but at $35 they should demolish the competition in the $30-40 new market. And yes, they have crazy bass, for $35.

Yeh, it's going to retail for $50 or so, and user "trex" something is selling one now for $35, along with two fiio's and a modded Koss KSC, that's pretty good.

As for my personal experience and opinions on crazy bass though, I'll just say it again........ get the A-Jays Three, it's a ghettoblaster in your hed.

I prefer brighter 'phones, so I don't use it much, but today I took it with me on my walk outside, and h0l1 $%t, I had forgotten how crazy it is at high volumes with harsh electronic music with sub-bass and all that, I was smiling and laughing in disbelief, if anyone saw me I must have looked like a crazy person.

One other thing is I tried to "break" them once, I submitted them to white noise at maximum volume for 30 hrs or so in a drawer, hoping I'd either achieve to "break" them or "break them in", do you think anything happened? Nope. The driver is a piece of iron.

Ok guys, since most of the suggestions involve MEE, I'm just gonna go ahead and pick either M11+, M31P or M21P. I'm not gonna go for anything over 50 for a while. So of those 3 MEE which has the best bass?
