Works great with my LG G7 PHONE, Hiby R6 (very, very loud) and Dell Inspiron Laptop - Sine & isine 20.

I have been hoping for an adaptor like this for ages. Well done Anker and thanks to Audeze for posting this on Head Fi.

Yes. The audio is passed through USB-C to the DAC/AMP/DSP in the lightning cable.

Any idea how this would work with a 2018 IPad Pro with a USB-C connection? Would I get the full functionality of the Cipher cable including DSP when using the Anker adapter?

That combo works well on my iPad Pro 12.9 2018 edition.

Thank you! Just to clarify - the EQ that's built into the Cipher cable works on the iPad Pro with the Anker adapter?

Whatever eq you have set on the cable will work on whatever device it's connected to. It's stored in the cable

Can anyone confirm if you set the EQ on a IOS device, that it retains those settings when you plug it into the Anker on the Android device??

Eq 1 is stored in the cable. The app allows for two. Used it on Razer phone USB c and a micro USB phone with an org cable.

So it does keep the EQ settings? Like you made changes on IOS and then went to Android with adapter and they sounded the same? Just clarifying.

Thanks.

Ok so... I just got mine in the mail. Sunday Delivery FTW!

I have a OnePlus 6 phone and it all works flawless. All buttons work, nno issue. Also.... If I setup EQ on my iPad it retains the EQ on Android .
