Light Harmonic Geek Wave

Of course, I do know that actually. I find the adaptors pretty crappy, fall apart very quickly, if I don't lose them altogether, hard enough to keep track of micro sd cards (unless they're in a player, of course). But, hey, all that storage should be great. Have a Pono, has 64mb internally, comes with a 64mb microsd card included, (will take 128mb card as well), have almost used up the 128mb.

Well to be fair 128mb would only fit like 3 or 4 tracks of cd quality music so you need a lot of them then. Maybe get a big shoebox and through the 128mb cards in there?

I give up...need more sleep, I guess, GB (remember when a 128 mb card was a big deal?).

No way it ships this month. I'm guessing another 6 at least. I'm wondering which will go out first: the one of a kind configurations for last year's backers, or the more standardised versions which were offered later?

Spot on really, not sure if anyone else has received it but an email about the GW confirms Q4 shipping for it. To me that realistically means 2016...

Anyone actually know anything? I'm basically figuring it'll get here when it gets here, same as my Vi...

Yeah, my old Geek Out trashes other new ones still. And its was a wait

My Geek Pulse Infinity sounds like no other. And it WAS a wait

So I'm configent with my Geek Wave. Will be the same but "MORE"...

I just read the update - he sort of owned up to the Verb debacle, but he didn't say anything about compensating those who bought the original. My prediction is that shipping for the Wave begins in March 2016. How many DAPs come out between now and then?

Would the Wave Infinity beat the Pulse Xfi?

I am thinking of getting the V2+ but with a fully equipped Geek Wave on the way, couldn't I just connect it to my phone via USB and get it to do the exact same thing?

That stands to reason since it can be used as an amp/dac for a computer, but I think you'll also be able to operate your Wave via BT from your phone through an app LH is making. I'm not sure why you would want to connect your Wave to a phone, but that's none of my business I suppose.

The use of BT is for controls. Larry's argument was freeing Wave from Smartphone (simple and advanced control) , frees also unwanted noise/jitter.

There is also a perk for adding BT streaming to the Wave and I think all the inDemand waves come with BT streaming using the APTX protocol.
