Light Harmonic Geek Wave

Manny is still working with LH but he's taken on a different role in the company.

I know it's been said many times but emailing isn't the best way to reach them. Open a ticket and the customer support team will be able to get back with you quickly. Heck, some of my tickets received a response within 40 minutes of opening. They've found their stride and they're moving a lot more quickly than before.

And not surprisingly Brian and I are right on the same page!

Is Manny still working with LH?

The surveys had incorrect info (listing me as down for a vaporware geekwave32, whee) with no way to correct it. Manny hasn't responded to emails.

Just checking if other people are having difficulties, too.

Whoa Kunlun, i haven't received any emails,  No worries i will send you a message thank you.

I have had trouble with the ticket system, but Manny had been really responsive. (though even after everything is supposed to be straightened out, the survey still reads the same. I'm assuming that is OK).

I'm in for a fully perked XD 128 Titanium Signature from the first Wave campaign. It is suppose to have a gain switch for IEM's and full sized cans. From the survey, which Wave is the closest pick, the Wave XDF 256 or Wave XDF 256 IEM?

You'll get a gain switch. If you backed the IEM perk you'll have 100mW and 1000mW outputs. Don't chose the XDF in the survey, choose the XD128 and build from there. There's a signature option to select.

I am in for the highest perks as well and I had the same problem and was worried about the 256 storage option as well. i also hope the IEm switches work as I use IEMs for comfort daily but HD800s for quality on occasions. A ticket opened got a reply within an hour saying don't worry that you will get that etc. The whole survey still confuses me as it is no different from the first version and they have some items listed in a tick box system and some in a blue panel below that. They claimed that the blue panel options apply to all Geek products. I really wouldn't know as I haven't gone for anything other than the Wave even though originally the name struck me as so as so silly that I wondered if I could take it seriously and wondered if it had anything to do with the same company that made Da Vinci. These days on the net anybody can dress up in anybody else's clothes and who would know? identity theft is common.

I had stupidly perked on Indiegogo for something called a nano plug ear phone as my partner is 3/4 deaf in one ear and refuses to wear a hearing aid or investigate if any other options would help.. I even corresponded with the :nice" lady. Today I received a piece of earphone junk from China whereas the original project projected itself as Europe based and read that it was a scam in the comments box on their Indiegogo website. 250 Bucks gone west. No more Indiegogo for me no matter how tempting.

I thought the XD128 would be 100mW and 450mW....maybe you're referring to the XD256?

I wonder what I will get as an XD128 non signature with the IEM and DAC perks.
I am picturing a re melted resin lump with some electronic parts haphazardly sticking out of it.

Having supported the Wave since Day One and upgraded it with almost every perk to a maxed out product, I have no idea if the final one as shown in my survey is what I ordered. I'll leave it to fate, chance and luck; and the good innocent folks at LH.

I'm in the same boat, hoping/expecting we'll get a fabulous sounding unit, whatever it turns out to be!
