Running Nokia's outdated Z Launcher on my V50. Love the minimalistic interface and navagation and runs really well.

So is there much bloatware on the Korean V500N?
Because I can choose the 3 G network to save battery I will sell my V400N and buy this instead.
Where can you buy the LG dual screen? Does the phone has 3 pins in the back to connect to the external screen? Thank you.

For the bloatware, yes it's the usual carrier useless apps included that we know about but I disable them and hide them.
When I bought the V50, it came with dual screen as a package but the package is only available on the Korean models. Yes mine has the pins on the back for the connection of the dual screen.

I also have my screen resolution down to 1080p instead of the max resolution and it still looks great. Out of the box from the LG factory its set at 1080.

Output speaker quality is superb. It's blows everything I have had in the past from dual speaker phones on the pixel phones to the HTC models. It's significantly loud that I don't see the need to have a bluetooth speaker anymore. It easily fills a medium size room and the output from the boombox speaker setup and the top firing speaker makes it a winner. It's so good that I'll say it'll compete pretty close to the iPad pro speaker setup for loudness when you place the phone on a box or tabletop. It wins for sure.

That’s encouraging
I’ve got my v50 shipped from wondamobile, I’ll need to make comparisons with my Hugo 2 since it’s not being used much.
I hope the gap is getting closer haha.

How long does the battery last ?

You must be joking,
No phone cannot be compared with Hugo 2, but the good news is that latest V series mobile phones are the best for audio amoung other things.

For the device that it is, the V50 and it's size. LG has done a stellar job in tuning this arrangement, there isn't a dual speaker setup that can rival the V50 for loudness and clarity. This is as good as it gets for a phone setup.

Any comparisons for sound quality through headphones between LG V40 and LG V50? I would expect them to sound virtually identical but...

I have never owned the V40, skipped over it from the v30. But, yeah i agree with you sound must be similar.

Does the V50 come pre installed with a screen protector ?

I'm using the V50 without a screen protector. It's well protected once closed up in the dual screen package as a clam shell.

V50 main screen is a huge improvement in colors from past lg screens. This one is well tuned and rivals Samsung's OLEDs. to my eyes. No color shifting at wide viewing angles. I can view this at the most extreme angles virtually with no changes in color brillance and sharpness detail.
