Wanted to get a thread started for the new flagship from Letshuoer. Looks like a few reviews are starting to pop up including the review I did.

Cadenza 12 is a 1DD, 11 BA hybrid.

Zeos says it's very dependant on cables and amps. Timmy from Gizaudio says that it's a good treble head IEM that doesn't reach the Annihilator (which is understandable for the cost).

I’ll admit I do like the Cadenza 12 paired with the Effect audio Cleopatra II for both looks and sound small sound enhancements.

I don’t personally think it’s super cable dependent. I also didn’t find it very bright sounding and I called it neutral-warm. I also didn’t find it super source sensitive either but I did hear some differences.

There’s a high chance that it could be the Spinfit W1 tips I use now that I think about it. It might be changing the sound heavily or it’s a “everyone’s ears are different” situation. I prefer the W1 for comfort and grip on long sessions since my ear canals get lightly oily on anything more than 20 min and it causes a lot of normal tips to pop out. I call out what tips I use in my IEM reviews but I’m very interested to hear what others are experiencing.

THE $2300 EXPERIENCE

WATCH THE FULL UNBOXING HERE
:

Today, I’m proud to present to you the most expensive IEM that I will be reviewing to date. The Letshuoer Cadenza. Priced at an eyewatering and wallet breaking $2300 (PHP. 114,000.00), this has got to be one of the most exhilarating experience I’ve had reviewing an IEM. Thank you to Hifigo and Letshuoer for providing this unit for our tour group managed by the awesome Mr. Neil Clark

FIRST IMPRESSIONS
- True TOTL unboxing experience with all the goodies and extras you need
- Phenomenal, solid build quality with unfortunate seams and a rather stiff cable
- Potentially fatiging fit over longer listening sessions
- Musical but very resolving ang detailed sound
- Great bass detail, texture and control
- Slightly warm midrange but organic and well presented
- Softer but very resolving and extended treble
- Superb technical ability

The Letshuoer Cadenza is a $2300 TOTL IEM from the brand Letshuoer. It features a total of 12 drivers with 1 custom LSS Kevlar Dome DD and 11 BAs from Knowles and Sonion housed in a CNC-Machined Titanium Alloy Shell.

I’ll be real, the Cadenza is a pretty mixed bag with me as of the moment. I was absolutely blown away with the unboxing experience as it truly feels like every single aspect of the package was well thought of. The build of the Cadenza was also phenomenal along with its beefy, modular cable. However, my expectations kind of went down once I started listening to it. From the reviews I’ve ready, I expected this to be a proper treblehead set. But to my ears, it isn’t. It’s a smooth, musical but resolving and well extended set. It has amazing bass control, detail and texture that does not mush up the notes in the excellent, organic sounding midrange. But the treble sounded softer than what I was expecting it to be. It’s still very much a nuanced, detailed and resolving set. But I didn’t find to to satisfy my treblehead tastes. Regardless, I have to admit this was an amazing experience with such an expensive IEM and its musicality made every moment I listened to it with my favorite tracks so much more enjoyable.

Stay tuned for the full review!
