So there won´t be a DR10 version of The Flesh Prevails, I guess? :frowning2:

On another note, I just discovered these guys. This album is an amazing journey:

I was offered a "un-loud" version. No clue if the offer still stands though.

Yeah, cool album. Kind of like a more up-beat Moonsorrow. The last track is really nice.

Since I almost always purchase the CDs (and usually only pay attention to digital downloads if they are exclusive content), Bandcamp user profiles hold no interest to me - but I understand how they would be useful for discovering related artists.

Here are a few Bandcamp profiles of metal labels.

http://candlelightrecordsuk.bandcamp.com/
http://candlelightrecordsusa.bandcamp.com/
http://darkhorizonrecords.bandcamp.com/
http://earache.bandcamp.com/
http://hellsheadbangers.bandcamp.com/
http://hydrahead.bandcamp.com/
http://i-voidhangerrecords.bandcamp.com/
http://profoundlorerecords.bandcamp.com/
http://prostheticrecords.bandcamp.com/
http://relapsealumni.bandcamp.com/
http://relapserecords.bandcamp.com/

Good thing you didn't ask for band profiles, as that would be a much more exhaustive list.

Cool, thanks!

I admit that better and better headphones have left me somewhat lukewarm on most of my beloved death metal. Fallujah's a good one, but I'll admit that Vainaja's Kadotetut has turned into a recent favorite because it actually scales better with better equipment.

Unlike the above, I -am- a BandCamp whore. Current collection is as http://bandcamp.com/zachgates and I add to it all the dang time.

The great majority of my listening is post, so if that's not your speed you're not gonna be a huge fan of what I got. But if you like more artsy-fartsy metal then I think I've picked out the highlights from among BandCamp's vast murk.

NOTE: I don't have anything in there that's available on Spotify, so don't think of it as at all comprehensive. More like the hidden gems that are hard to get elsewhere.

Cool. What do you think of Behemoth, Cryptopsy, Immolation, Nile, Vital Remains, and Zyklon?

I also listed my favorite melodic death metal bands here.

I like Nile a lot because of George Kollias (Im a drummer) and I can tolerate Behemoth and Cryptopsy, yet to listen to the rest.

Check out this Nile box set I have. It's nearly impossible to find.

Listen to Zyklon before the other bands. They're pretty interesting, especially on their debut album.

If you post rare stuff you have, I would probably think it's pretty cool and not worry about how arrogant or humble you are.

That's because you are a better person than me.
