Here ya go. These SR80 raw driver measurements were done on 9/13/11 and 12/4/11 in an garage with no temperature/humidity control. It looks like there is a slight shift of the peaks. I'll let Arnaud explain this one. Probably has to do with the speed of sound at varying temperatures.

Wow, those variances for the Audeze headphones really put things in perspective.
 
It makes Grado's accomplishment of maintaining the same FR across multiple headphones in eleven different product lines even more impressive!

If the problem really resides in the tensioning of the membrane (so specific to ortho-dynamic and electrostatic drivers), I'd be curious to see how other orthos fare in terms of consistency (Hifiman, Fostex, ...).

Pretty difficult to guess for me actually. The shift at 4kHz seems rather large is we consider this an acoustic resonance. If I didn't mess up, you should get not more than 0.2Hz shift for a 4kHz acoustic resonance when the temperature increase from 15 deg. Celsius to 25 (you're in socal, so that's a reasonable temperature drop from september to december no?). For humidity, I don't really know. Now, if this resonance comes from the driver / membrane, then all bets are off.
 
The bottom line though: you do a pretty darn good job at measuring your headphones with consistency!

Worse. The Beats Studio have a built-in amp/noise cancellation circuitry that must on be for the headphone to even work.

Yep.  People seem to have an irrational fear of plastic left over from the ancient past (from my perspective anyway...) when all plastics were awful.  There are plenty of high performance polymers these days.  I think part of the problem is that its fairly difficult to identify plastics as compared to common metals or woods so everyone assumes the worst.  It would be better if makers of high end products more prominatly identified the plastics in their products and touted their benefits instead of trying to sweep it under the rug and hope in vain that no one notices.

What the Snozzcumbers?! Has anyone done such a comparison with the T1's? Please tell me they don't have as much variance as the Audeze cans?

Looks actually more so as the square wave responses vary quite a bit too.
