Not fussed about version or dsd.

4 and above.

Check out lampi circle on audiocircle or audioshark lampi forum. Lite 7 from upcoming axpona show should be available at great discount. My recommendation, if you can afford it, is start with one of the DHT lampi models. Something magical about DHT.

@alrainbow or any other Big 7 owner. What tubes would you recommend me for my Big 7? I want as much detail, 3D soundstaging, and bass presents as possible.

101d is the most detailed but has the least weight
The metal base pa vane is the ones to try. As for a recti that matters too but more about presentation

It uses the same tubes as your Golden Gate. It came with a Shuguang 274B recti and a pair of Psvane 101D. I also have a pair of Sophia Electric Royal Princess 300B tubes and a Brimar CV717 recti.

I have the royals they seem to be lack luster in the lampi but ok in the woo. But they get bested Easey by others.
The lampi seems to expose tubes more than the woo does. I do not have that recti. I would try the eml recti it's pretty good without breaking the bank
Crashim what tubes are you running ?

I wanna just get a great set of tubes, don't feel the need to do a lot of rolling.

No I didn't get the headphone jack option, as I have a tube amp I think sounds phenomenal with the hd800. Would love to hear yours when you have the time though. Call me its been ages since we last spoke or met up.its a shame really (we're only 15 mins apart).

Take advantage of the BIG7 capability.  Given lack of need to bias, tube rolling isn't that big a deal.  Because lampizator is so early in signal path and its versatility, you really get to hear differences between tubes.

All the new ones
WE Replica 101D (what AL said)
EML 45 (mesh or solid depending)
Lampizator EML 45 Mesh Globe (if you can still get it)
KR PX4

Old tubes:
45 ST or Globes (some cheap solutions here.  less capable technically, but it sounds like live music from my experience)
WE 101D (expensive)
6A3 options (some reasonable great options here)
Try some of your extra 2A3 here as well
