Do IEMs such as the klipsch S4 or fisher eternas stand up to the similarly priced Portapro or do most cans sound a large amount better than IEMs when priced the same?

What country are you located in? The Portapro's street price is $30 in the US, and the S4 is $70-$80.

The u.s. But reguardless, would the portapros outgun the s4 because they are full cans or does that not mean that much?
