Don't forget - my final judgements are subjective, so if you're not on the same wave - you could read it reverse to find right direction for you personally ))
Would this be the new Wodan w/ the aluminum drivers or the old ones w/ the steel drivers?....Kennerton said the newer aluminum ones sounds a bit brighter and has more resolution...maybe a bit more modest bass too.
Very happy to hear good things about the Vali Neoteric ....there's barely any info on the model out there
I have not had them long, but I find the Wodan’s neutral rather than dark or bright (e.g. they are certainly not as bright / sharp as Arya’s in the planar space). The are clear to me across frequency spectrum but highs are definitely smoothed and the bass is resolving but not as punchy as other headphones.
Curious does anyone know if the new Vali Neoteric still use a modified version of Tymphany's peerless drivers or have they taken their drivers design in house like their planars?

Agreed...I find the new Wodan rather neutral myself.....certainly not dark nor are there much sub bass extension...just a clear pleasing sound overall but basshead or treblehead would prob be left wanting a bit "more"

The pairing of Gjallarhorn JM Edition with Woo WA6 (1st generation with Tungsram ECC81s and Mullard GZ34) is exquisite. The GH-JM clearly conveys the difference in rectifier tubes and driver tubes. Guidostrunk, this headphone is beckoning you…
The Apos / Kennerton Capisn open back headphone just released the price is a huge surprise and a bit insane in a good way - @$499 wow!!! I thought it would be $899 or more - can hardly wait to see how people review it LINK HERE

Amazing price, I thought it was going to be like 800$ or so.
If the Caspian sounds similar to the Vali, It has the potential to sell really well in the USA market. It sucks that it would be pricier to import it to Europe.
