Nice pics Eric. (Your son with a Stax 009!) Still impressed with how beautiful the birch Odin is.Thanks.

Thanks.

These two copies of the Odin, destined for the French market, are not bad either, with the cups in Zebrano wood and the earpads in dark brown leather ; Otherwise, the color of the wood and the leather of these two Odin in Zebrano wood is very warm, much like the Odin of r one, in african Bubinga wood.

Prototype headphones back closed ?

The rear back-covering wood seems very "basic" for construction for this new headphone (here a prototype); Perhaps it is not that which will be produced finally ? ; Or if it is the one of series, it will be probably used for a very affordable headphones; But at what price?
(<1000 or <500 US dollars?)

Hello again.

The same picture as above but clearer.

The construction seems light for assembly but properly realized.

The driver is an electrodynamic (size? / type?) ; difficult to say because seen from behind.

Will the price will be light too?

We wait with interest ...

PS : Kennerton Team : Can you clarify that?

wow wow wow ! A jewel...I loooove !

It still lacks one or two "wow" and an "o" at loooove, my dear Jerome!

Happy french who ordered these two superb Odin, in Zebrano wood finish!

The luxury headphone par excellence, a little vintage in its presentation as a good old Jaguar or a Rolls-Royce vintage; But what a sound! Especially when this headphone is very well amplified, such as for example your EC balancing act headphone amplifier or even my Viva 2A3 amp.

Otherwise, for the small heads with a sensitive scalp, the Kékénnerton secondary headband (version V2 seen on the previous page) manufactured by a French shoemaker is a valid option, cheaply; the original headband, possibly doubled on the inside of an additional padded extra thickness (as for my two Odin : see picture below) makes the wearing comfort quite acceptable for very long listening sessions.

Kennerton Odin = sensual listening pleasure guaranteed, without asking any questions; music pleasure; That's all!

Had a chance to briefly listen to a new prototype of a closed back portable headphone yesterday at a local meet
It is in a very pre-alpha version, with some oem enclosure and awful plastic headband and earpads, but the sound is already looks (sorry) like Kennerton house sound.
An Odin/Vali sound in a portable form would be very nice for hifi-addicted travellers.

Wow (etc ...) interesting!

Headphone nomad (for transport), lightweight, with a " Kennerton house sound ", and I imagine an attractive price ..., For hi-fi addicted travellers.

Gooood !
