Hopefully mine comes tomorrow with the KBear Believe. I'll be listening to both for sure and I guess I'll mentally compare. I've got a good feeling about the KBear Lark....people seem to like it.
Hope your ears is mentally prepare on the BE, I got fatique out of it last night, it's a high resolution driver. Adjust the volume lower then your comfort level and you can still hear good dynamics on it.

Oh man, why do you have to say "a very mature and well-executed tuning which is quite rare at the price point!" now you made me get 2 from Amazon for $24

You got 2 pairs for $24? Do you have a link to this? Is it a Cyber Monday deal or something?

After Black Friday(American time), Believe price will be up to $180!!

Reason: Due to the scarcity of pure beryllium diaphragm resources, only 20 pairs are in stock this week. The next delivery time is uncertain.

Now, the time to enjoy $149.46 is less than one day! Don't you want to grab the chance and try it?
#blackfriday #believe #purediaphgram #discount #PriceIncrease

"No! This kbear with this dongle sounds dynamic and the loudness can surely blow my eardrums off
Next to my small humble dap, the hidizs ap80, the bass is big, bold and fast. It will hit you hard and quickly. The mid is crips and well positioned. The upper mid is full of energy, dynamic, and hot but not shouty to my ears-- maybe the tuner knows my test -
Honestly, I can't write much more because I so enjoy my music right now .
Let's say you have kbear diamond or blon 03 and you want the upgrade. This is the ONE to get
If you BElieve! "

Amp requirements for KBEAR Believe ( impedance is 17 Ω and a sensitivity of 98 dB/mW )
110 dBSPL loudness needs 0.52 V RMS and 30.7 mA RMS.
Voltage is probably not a problem, current might be, find amp/DAC with minimum 40 mA RMS output for best results.

I switched tips to something with a slightly narrower bore for a bit more bass - that might help with the "intensity" as well, which I noticed with the upper treble when I first put them in , but don't any more. The whole top end sounds smooth as silk now, but still very crisp and clear.

The KBear tips do seem to be horn shaped (which I believe leads to treble enhancement), and have a very short bore (and I prefer a slightly deeper insertion anyway).

These are Penon tips on the right, very nice quality and great value (like Symbio, but a bit narrower/shorter bore. Unfortunately Symbios slip down the nozzle and cover the vent, otherwise I'd go with them).

Here comes the adventure of tips rolling and discoveries for that perfit fit and sound. The A7 took me long before I decided on the stock A7's turbo L ( yellow ).

I'm really disappointed in myself. After buying the Shuoer Tape Pro and getting an, authentically impossible to refuse, offer on the LZ A7.......my inner strength deserted me and I bought the KBear Believe. All that money for a *$*$*$* nanogram of Beryllium. My new superhero is Beryllium Man and I am now a Believer. I'm sure I have a Beryllium Chip in my brain making me buy IEMs. What to do but give in to it. Is there an IEMs Anonymous thread?
(only joking....well maybe not)
Hi sir, could you please give me a comparison on the a7 vs believe vs tape pro? Im coming from shozy 1.1 ( need a thick punchy bass ). Thanks!

They are quite different. The Tape pro...IMHO, is a more retro sound. A dark background yet good timbre. Vocals are lovely. Needs some juice to sound their best. Bass is good but not bass-monster levels. Highs are superb, revealing and detailed. The A7 is not a bass monster but has enough bass for me. It has detail, air, great resolution, extreme clarity without glare. With all the different filters you have an exceptional level of possibilities. More than anything it has great timbre and to me is very organic. If you like an analogue/vinyl retro sound the Tape Pro is unbeatable. If you like a wonderfully musical IEM, that can be customised through tuners to anybody's preference, then the A7 is better. The A7 is undoubtedly the better all round IEM....I cannot imagine anybody not liking it. The Tape Pro is more a specialised sound.....but I like it a lot too. If you want a bass-monster the Smabat Black Bat might be to your liking.
