Who's got the JOMO Samba incoming?

After several auditions, I have reached the conclusion that JOMO 6R is indeed one of the very best neutral sounding monitors I have ever heard. It is a tad dry sounding and for many will lack the bass bloom we are so used to these days with enhanced bass tuning from most iems, but the clarity and resolution packaged in a mostly linear response is just incredible.

It easily bests the Noble 4/Savanna and the UERM (IMHO, of course).

However, I went with the Samba in the end because that is just another beast which redefined my perception of resolution and clarity. The demo made almost everything else sound veiled.

Any Samba impressions?

I received mine only yesterday. Unfortunately i am rather pressed with time now,so only have may be an hour of listening time on them.

Samba is an awesome blend of neutrality and musicality. It has a very energetic and fun sound yet linear with superb end to end extension and impressive seperation/layering. Resolution is just stellar IMO.

I agree. Neutral. Energetic. Resolution.

Thanks guys. Nice colorful design @tkteo ;)

The NT6pro has got me thinking that maybe I'm more of a treblehead than I realised. Based on the 6R impressions, kind of hoping this one is also a bit brighter than neutral. But resolution is always the number 1 priority!
