Just ordered the USB-to-SPDIF converter.  With so many converters out there these days it was difficult to determine which one is best.  I will give this one a try.  Plus this thread needs to get beyond 3 pages

I'm waiting for payday anyway, but waiting for impressions won't hurt either. I like the fact it's just a single box and all the power isolation is dealt with (like the Art Legato) so there's no need to faff with external power supplies/cable mods - just plug and play.

Thanks for the link.  Seems the JKenny devices are highly regarded so my choice won't be a bad one and at half the price of the AP2 with PP at 90-95% of the same goodness.

I just ordered mine. John said about 2 weeks to ship. I'm in no rush. Eventually I'll be playing it through a pair of 1.5W 300B OTL monoblocks (kits) that won't be built till May. In the mean time I'll use it on my Mac Mini and 15W OTL amp though some Altec A6s.

I recently ordered the USB-SPDIF converter but things have changed in my lineup and after a discussion with John we decided on changing my order to the DAC.  I am quite excited about his line of DACs.  He said about 2 weeks until shipment.  Excellent customer service.
