Hello, after listening with my two Daps for few hours, all i can say is that this is a iem with a impressive sound, is a meaty sound but at the same time is detailed and has a refined and lush sound that i was not expecting , what a wonderfull surprise
Looks like a really nice one! :)
Do you know the Xelento? I am looking for the amount of details of the Xelento with less punch on the mids. Does the Diana bring high end resolution and sound stage? I have the SE100 to pair with.
Cheers :)

Hello, i never heard the Xelento , the Diana has thick mids but still has "air" in the sound, the midbass has punch in it, the resolution and stage are good but what is impressive is the lush and emotive sound, maybe the type of sound with very open sound stage and very good resolution is more in line with the ie800, it has less mids and more bass and treble

Can you make a short comparison with the IE800s?

Of course...to make things simple, with the ie800s you are listening the music in the middle of the concert audience with the Diana you are in the front row, they are both excelent but with diferent type of sound, Diana has more mid bass and mids ie800 has more subbass and treble making more v shappe sound , but not has much has the original ie800, the ie800s is harder to drive too, the diference is like in sp1000 in balanced i go with 65 to 75 ie800s and Diana 45 to 55 on volume, the ie800s has a more detailed sound, Diana is still detailed but is more on fleshed and musical sound

Thanks, I like lush mids and meaty sound but also prefer the sub-bass vs mid-bass.

I’ve a pair of these for sale; couple of weeks old.

Whilst I really really like these; something else (with a completely different sound sig has registered on my radar).

Obviously as new, save yourself a chunk off the retail price (£549 vs £699)

Final price drop on these - £499 (vs £699 retail).
