not good to see such a service from a company that make great sound.reflects my experiance with jh13 more than a year and half ago.

Mine is dead quiet with the clas, usb, coax, line in.  I would call them about it.

I am seriously considering pulling the trigger on the 3A, but I just read post after post after post of issues with either the 3A or the JH16... makes me very hesitant.

Quick impressions so far:
 
- Noise levels are completely black
- No issues so far with build quality
- Packaging is meh
 
I'll hold off on any thoughts around SQ for the moment...
