Still enjoying my mesh modded H40 tremendously a month later, and have since sold my FiiO FD5.

Just for reference, I had the ThieAudio Clairvoyance the same time as the FD5. I did think the Clairvoyance was a step up overall, though not significantly so, but its sub-par dynamics and bass definition were dealbreakers for me.

The modded H40, however, easily outclasses the FD5 to my ears, and is a much clearer upgrade to the FD5 compared to the Clairvoyance. I'm not sure if perfection exists, but its tuning is as close to perfect as any IEM I've heard (or at least for my preferences).

I did finally get around to listening to them with the stock filters, and found they significantly impede the H40's technical ability. I do strongly suggest any potential (or current) owners at least trying the mod, especially since it's easily reversible. Slap on a pair of Azla Sedna's and you're good to go.

ISN just announced this. I found out about it this morning myself so all will be revealed. Will have to ask them.
Hope not too expensive 😅
Will you get the unit for review soon?

Driver flex should be gone here. That's a major flaw of the H40 although the sound is unquestionably good, at least for me. I wonder if this can compete or even be better than Penon Volt. Price difference is significant for the same driver config.

An update on the EST50. There will be two colors the one you guys see is the green version there will be a blue version. It will come with ISN S8 and best of all I was able to check out the graph for the EST50. Looks very nicely balanced with a sub bass focus. Extension for treble is guanteed due to EST implementation. These are gonna have a large wide deep stage as all ISN earphones incorporate larger stage for their sound designs. Rich in tone due to Sonion mids.

I am getting a pre finalized version soon and you will get the scoop on how it sounds when I get it.

I am super pumped about this. Any chance of you being able to share the graph at some point?

Will definitely watch out for your impressions, especially on comparisons with other EST hybrids.
