My last two iem purchases--the ISN H60 and picked up the Neo 3 in Blue on sale-----and I have to say I am REALLY enjoying the NEO 3! It has such a solid cohesive sound--others have explained it better than I can--I think I actually like it better than the H60----

Obviously the H60 is technically " better"- resolution, imaging, tone, ect.... just really enjoying the Neo 3 ' presentation'----the way the music is presented---
Cannot adequately express it in words---I guess it all comes down to what music you are listening to---and how the IEM presents the music---I am a bit of an odd music listener--as i record live shows and it is a TOTALLY different experience to commercially released music.
Most things the H60 is gonna be much better--high resolution files- well recorded tracks and such--- most of my music is Live recordings with serious field issues--so its not ideal, so the Neo 3 is more "forgiving", if you will---it just presents it in a very likeable way---
hope that makes sense----☺

THAT is a good question......I honestly could not give you a sufficient answer--I have almost every ISN IEM, except the top one , EST50, and the lowest one the Neo1--, ha! I kind of latched on to this brand because I really liked their products. Is the H60 " better"? Yes I suppose so in some ways--but the 50 is excellent--thats the problem--every "new' product really presents things in such a great way. I guess it comes down to if you want to spend the money---You WILL be rewarded with a FIRST CLASS audio experience--its just a matter of IF you want to spend the money--BETTER? Perhaps--definitely a excellent product---everything is so subjective---I guess it comes down to if you enjoy it----and it gives you a great listening experience, better? I do not know what that means---
I don't have the ISN H50. I got introduced to the ISN "brand" with the Neo1, which is an absolutely BEAST in the budget realm. Single DD CNT driver that is skilled in punch, shimmer, mid bite and clarity, as well as a very good stage, without ever getting peaky, but if you think you hear any, you can slap the included mesh filters and tame anything percieved. It's also so tiny and comfy. This gave me the guts to blind buy the H60, and my god, was that the most fortuitous decision I ever made, because the H60 just jumped right to the top of my IEM rotation, and surpassed the Dita Project M in almost all technicalities and qualities. It's got one of the most expansive, immersive and orbital stages I've ever heard, mature but incredibly well extended and shimmery treble. Very EST like. The mids are still very ISN like, which means present and full, and the bass is punchy, resolute, but with enough sub bass rumble to keep it honest. The mids spacing is wide between instruments, so separation is above average and detail retrieval is as well. Just a well rounded, all arounder. One of the best deals in mid-fi audio at it's asking price, it definitely punches above, and provides near kilobuck sound at $350. I usually regret blind buys. Not this time.
I'd describe the ISN H60 as FULL SOUNDING, CONTROLLED in all phases of frequencies, and TECHNICAL all at once.

IKR! Just such a surprise and a pleasure. I know some well esteemed reviewers rec'd it, but you never truly know until you place them in your ears, and from movement #1, it lived up to the billing and some. It blew my mind and ears with what you can get for $350.00.

Penon/ISN is regarded in the community as one of the best Values. Of course, I have yet to hear a lot more brands. But indeed, I was struck by their sound and looking forward to what they will bring.
