Hey Trax, I can't say for sure yet, this is whats listed on their site though:

[*] Electronics Expo is a Fully Authorized Dealer.

[*] The Denon AHD7000 is Brand New

[*] The Denon AHD7000 Ships in a Factory Sealed Box

[*]

[*] Sorry about the confusion I just meant they shipped them out today, I haven't recieved them yet though it should be about 3 days.  I checked Denon.usa to double check they were an authorized dealer before I ordered, and they are listed.. so hopefully the item is new.

That's a heck of a price and at that price they are worth every penny. I can't say enough about the D7000, it is the best headphone I have ever owned and to my ears competes with all the bigger kids on the block like HD800 and BD T1, I even liked it more than the pair of LCD-2 I heard when I picked my pair up. That's not say it's better than the others as I do think most are technically better but musically it's darn near perfect for me and I like that it's not so revealing it makes all my music sound like garbage and it works very well with a modest amp. Honestly I just can't think of any headphones I want to replace it with and that's saying a lot because I have gone through quite the selection since I started down the head-fi road a couple years ago.
