They come all "bent" if you know what I mean (like the G9 laser mouse

), it makes them get tangled easily.

Time helps. They slowly get straighter but not absolutely straight. You could try warming the cord up a bit and then straighten it, then leave to cool. (Sounds like a recipe) A warm radiator could be used to warm it up.
